Cristiano Ronaldo has finally shown his home workout routine, a full body workout that includes legs, abs, chest, glute, lower back and strength!


Cristiano always does this workout routine and he repeats it 5 times (laps).

    Started doing it 3 weeks ago, first week 3 laps, second 4 and now 5. Feels good. Though not much of a weight loss,, but resting heart beat has slowed down drastically and the upper body feels muscular.

      My advice for you is to try and progress to even harder exercises. Like for example doing hundred push ups every morning etc. Of course rest is also important so you can start doing it 4 days a week then 5 and then almost every day. For the weight loss I recommend doing hiit workouts as that not only has an after burning effect but it also builds overall muscle mass and strength. Of course these are only tips from my experience so far

      @Suman Tamangg This is bad for fat loss and everything. Doing 5 laps of this is pointless. Its much better to do 5 sets for each exercise. And if its too easy you should do more reps. So dont do laps, but do more sets. Its much better to do 5 sets of pushups than to do one of 20 reps and then to wait 10 - 15 or more mins to finish a lap and then do just one set again. And for fat loss you should do cardio too. And there is no pull muscle activation🤣🤣. I cant make you a whole workout plan, go to a gym if you can afford it. Watch athlean x, he has full free workout gym plans, he has push pull legs series, full body and splits (id recommend you to chose full body or push pull legs). Remeber: drink water, sleep around 8 h and eat healthy. Hope this helps

    Very educational video!! I have never really worked out, and thought I was fine until I hit 325lbs.
