    DAY 1 . 1/9/21 . 6 30 - 7 00 AM
    JUST FELT A TIGHT STOMACH AND AVG. HEARTBEAT WAS AROUND 140. MODERATE SWEATING DUE TO TO HUMIDITY.
    THE DAY WASN'T TOUGH, JUST HAD A TIGHT STOMACH. I ADDED SKIPPING TO THE EVENTS.

    SAME FEELING EXCEPT FOR SOMEWHAT TIRED. HAVING A TIGHT STOMACH AND LEGS ARE LOOKING NUMB. FEEL LIKE LOST SOME FAT AND ENERGY. THE DAY IS GOING EASIER EXCEPT FOR TIREDNESS. MAYBE I SHOULD TRY DRINKING PROTEIN DRINKS.

    I TRIED A PROTEIN SHAKE AND STARTED. FEELING GOOD NOW. HAVING A TIGHT STOMACH STILL AND LEGS ARE ADAPTED. FEELS LIKE MY STOMACH HAS SHRUNK. THE DAY IS GOING NORMAL. TAKE PROTEIN FOR MORE BENEFIT GUYS.

    Just to give an update- I finished the 2-week challenge today and I do see my stomach getting tighter however the 6-pack is no where to be found 😀
    In addition to this workout, I also run an average 3-mile a day 5 days a week and tried hard to stay on a healthy diet. I did have a couple beers one weekend 😀
    I’ll continue this workout for another week and will post another update then. Hoping to see the 6-pack soon 😀

      In my experience (and everyone experience is different), it’s not possible to achieve 6-pack in just 2 weeks. You have to build momentum, eat right, increase the intensity by either extending the time spent on each move or adding weight lifting to your routine, then in a few weeks, you will get 6-pack ab.
